Bounty Hunters do not have to be geared high if using a zetad Gear 12+ Boba Fett. Imperial Troopers will need to be close to recommended gear levels. If an enemy is defeated during the bonus turn this character gains 20% Offense (stacking) until the end of the battle. 
This Character gains an immediate bonus turn with 100% Critical Hit Chance and 100% Armor Penetration.
